S4Capital’s Monks has appointed Scott McBride as Managing Director for Southeast Asia, based in Singapore. Reporting to Kenny Griffiths and working with Scott Spirit, he will lead growth and client transformation across the region, strengthening integrated capabilities with colleagues Saufi Salleh and Yasmin Mansour to support brands navigating rapid technological and consumer change.

S4Capital’s Monks has named Scott McBride as Managing Director for Southeast Asia, underscoring the company’s ambition to accelerate growth and strengthen its integrated offering across one of the world’s most dynamic regions. Based in Singapore, McBride will report to Kenny Griffiths, Executive Vice President, Monks APAC, and collaborate closely with Scott Spirit, Chief Growth Officer, to drive the next phase of client transformation and market expansion.

McBride’s appointment comes at a pivotal moment for Monks, which has been steadily building its presence across Southeast Asia, a region characterised by rapid shifts in technology, media consumption and consumer behaviour. His remit will include overseeing operations across key markets, ensuring that Monks’ integrated capabilities are aligned with the evolving needs of brands navigating digital transformation.

Working alongside Saufi Salleh, Head of Clients, Southeast Asia, and Yasmin Mansour, Head of Growth Southeast Asia, McBride will focus on strengthening client relationships and accelerating growth initiatives. Together, the leadership team aims to deliver seamless solutions that combine creativity, data, media and technology, positioning Monks as a partner of choice for brands seeking to adapt to the fast-changing landscape.

“Southeast Asia is a highly dynamic region where brands are navigating rapid change across technology, media, and consumer behaviour,” McBride said, reflecting the challenges and opportunities that define the market. His appointment signals Monks’ commitment to investing in leadership talent capable of guiding clients through this transformation, while also expanding the company’s footprint in markets such as Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, Vietnam and the Philippines.

The move also highlights Monks’ broader strategy under S4Capital to consolidate its integrated model across Asia Pacific, leveraging expertise in digital-first solutions to meet the demands of global and regional clients. With Southeast Asia increasingly recognised as a hub for innovation and growth, McBride’s leadership is expected to play a critical role in shaping Monks’ trajectory in the region.

By combining creative excellence with data-driven insights and technology-enabled delivery, Monks aims to help brands achieve greater relevance and impact in markets where consumer expectations are evolving rapidly. McBride’s appointment is therefore not only a leadership change but also a strategic step towards reinforcing Monks’ position as a transformative partner in Southeast Asia’s competitive marketing landscape.
