KIM DOLENGOWSKI JOINS MEDIAHUB AS HEAD OF STRATEGY

Mediahub has appointed Kim Dolengowski as Head of Strategy, reinforcing its commitment to integrated client solutions and market-leading strategic thinking. With over 15 years of international experience, Dolengowski brings a people-first approach to strategy, joining the senior leadership team to drive collaboration across Mediahub and 303, effective immediately.  

Full-service media agency Mediahub has announced the appointment of Kim Dolengowski as its new Head of Strategy, a move designed to strengthen the agency’s strategic capabilities and reinforce its commitment to delivering integrated client solutions. Dolengowski will lead the agency’s strategic offering across its portfolio, while also joining the senior leadership team and working closely with 303 Mediahub in Perth and sister agency 303 in Sydney to deepen collaboration.  

Dolengowski brings more than 15 years of strategic leadership experience across Australia and the United States, having held senior roles within global networks including Omnicom and IPG. Most recently, she was at Goanna Academy, where she developed the brand strategy and creative platform for Stick With It, one of Australia’s largest mental health awareness initiatives. Her approach is rooted in the belief that strategy only works when it starts with people, a philosophy that has earned her a reputation for uncovering powerful human insights and translating them into culturally relevant ideas that drive both commercial growth and behavioural change.  

Sue Squillace, CEO ANZ Mediahub, said: “We are so excited to have Kim join our Mediahub teams to lead our integrated strategic offering, working closely with 303 to ensure true collaboration. Kim’s approach to connections strategy and creativity stood out during the recruitment process, as did her collaborative approach with clients and partners, which is core to our offering.”  

Operating at the intersection of brand, creative, media and culture, Dolengowski has worked with iconic global brands including Coca-Cola, Diageo, Mercedes-Benz, Spotify, H&M and AMEX. She said joining Mediahub felt like a natural next step: “I was drawn to Sue’s people-first leadership and the incredible talent and world-class brands across the agency. The appetite for integrated thinking, ideas and creativity has never felt more important. Dolengowski succeeds Linda Fagerlund, who has relocated to New York to take up a senior strategy role with Initiative NYC. Squillace thanked Fagerlund for her dedication and passion over the past two years, wishing her well in her next chapter. Dolengowski’s appointment is effective immediately.
