Hybrid has announced the appointment of Ketan Deorankar as Director – Growth for INSEA, marking a significant step in its strategy to strengthen regional leadership. Deorankar brings more than a decade of expertise in performance marketing, media planning and large-scale campaign execution, having worked across diverse sectors including automotive, BFSI, FMCG, hospitality, travel and B2B. His career spans agency and client-side roles, with stints at IPG Media Brands and Ogilvy, and he has managed campaigns for marquee brands such as BMW India and Royal Enfield, overseeing digital, print, out-of-home and international paid media initiatives.

Shreyas Sathe, CEO and Managing Director of Hybrid INSEA, described the appointment as a strategic move to deepen the company’s growth capabilities. “Growth talent with real depth in performance marketing and analytics is hard to find, and Ketan brings both. As we scale our footprint across India and Southeast Asia, having someone who understands large, multi-market campaigns from both the brand and agency side strengthens how we serve our clients. We’re glad to have him on the team,” Sathe said.

Its expanding portfolio includes programmatic advertising, contextual intelligence, AI Vision, connected TV and advanced creative solutions. These innovations are central to the company’s mission of delivering measurable outcomes for clients and agency partners.

With Deorankar’s appointment, Hybrid underscores its commitment to building a strong regional leadership team and advancing its long-term vision. As the company enters its next phase of growth across India and Southeast Asia, it remains focused on combining technology-driven solutions with deep market expertise to drive impactful results for brands navigating increasingly complex digital landscapes.
