Independent agency Nunn Media has appointed media executive Belinda Miller as its inaugural Head of Growth, a newly created role designed to support the company’s expansion ambitions. Based in Sydney, Miller will lead growth initiatives across NSW, leveraging more than 25 years of experience spanning media, publishing, partnerships and strategy.

Independent media agency Nunn Media has strengthened its leadership team with the appointment of Belinda Miller to the newly created position of Head of Growth, signalling the next stage in the company’s expansion strategy.

Based in Sydney and reporting to Managing Director Chris Walton, Miller will be responsible for driving the agency’s strategic growth agenda in the state while helping elevate Nunn Media’s profile across New South Wales and broader markets. Working closely with Walton and the Sydney leadership team, she will support coordinated business development across the agency’s integrated, full-service offering, spanning strategy, planning, activation and measurement.

The appointment comes as Nunn Media continues to invest in capability, technology and talent as it seeks to build on a series of client wins and acquisitions that have reinforced its position in Australia’s competitive media landscape.

Miller brings more than 25 years of experience across media, publishing, sport and agency environments. She joins from Havas Media, where she served as Head of Partnerships & Growth and led investment negotiations across broadcast, digital, out-of-home and streaming channels. Her career also includes senior leadership positions as Head of Content at Havas Play, Group Business Director at Nine and General Manager at consumer engagement platform Social Soup.

Her arrival reflects Nunn Media’s focus on accelerating growth through stronger market relationships and expanded strategic capabilities, particularly as brands navigate an increasingly complex mix of media channels, technologies and data-driven marketing requirements.

Walton said Miller’s appointment aligned closely with the qualities that had driven Nunn’s success as an independent agency.

“Growth at Nunn has always come from relationships and results, and Bee has built her career on both,” he said.

“Her commercial instincts, her depth across media, content and partnerships, and the way she works with people make her the right person to lead this next chapter for our clients and our team.”

Miller said the opportunity was a natural fit given Nunn Media’s combination of independent thinking, technological investment and client-first approach.

“I’ve always been passionate about connecting with clients, brands and people, and turning those connections into commercial success,” she said.

“Nunn is an independent, future-led agency with a brand-first focus, and it’s genuinely invested in its people and its technology. I’m excited to help more brands discover what that makes possible.”

Founded on an independent, full-service model, Nunn Media has developed a reputation for helping brands navigate the increasingly fragmented worlds of media, technology and consumer identity. Central to that strategy is Kaspar, the agency’s proprietary platform, which combines data, technology and AI-enabled planning, activation and measurement capabilities.

The company has also expanded its digital expertise through acquisitions in recent years, including Alley Group, indago digital and Innovate Online, adding specialist capabilities to its broader service offering.

Those investments have coincided with a growing client roster and recent account wins, including Australian Unity and Dairy Australia. They join a portfolio that features brands such as Spotlight Retail Group, SunRice, Philips, JB Hi-Fi, Aussie Broadband and Silversea Cruises.

With Miller now leading growth initiatives in Sydney, Nunn Media is positioning itself to capitalise on that momentum as it pursues new opportunities in an evolving and increasingly technology-driven media market.
