Adobe has expanded its India footprint with a new Noida office, housing 700 employees across engineering and customer-focused roles. India, Adobe’s largest workforce base outside the US, now has seven offices. The move follows initiatives like free AI tools for students and a partnership with Airtel to reach 360 million users.
Adobe has reinforced its commitment to India with the opening of a new office in Noida, marking its seventh campus in the country. The facility will accommodate more than 700 employees across engineering and customer-focused roles, further strengthening India’s position as Adobe’s largest workforce base outside the United States. With over 8,000 employees already contributing to the company’s global operations, the expansion highlights India’s growing importance in Adobe’s innovation and customer engagement strategies.
Abhigyan Modi, Senior Vice President at Adobe, described the new office as a significant milestone in the company’s journey. “The opening of our new Noida office marks an important milestone in our continued focus on driving innovation from India,” he said, underlining the country’s role as a hub for technological advancement and customer-centric solutions.
The move comes on the heels of several recent initiatives by Adobe in India. Earlier this year, the company announced free access to its AI tools for students, a step aimed at nurturing the next generation of creative talent and equipping them with cutting-edge digital capabilities. In addition, Adobe partnered with Airtel to offer Adobe Express Premium to 360 million users, expanding its reach and empowering millions with easy-to-use creative tools. These initiatives reflect Adobe’s dual focus on fostering innovation and democratising creativity across diverse audiences in India.
India’s significance in Adobe’s global operations has steadily grown over the years. The country not only provides a vast talent pool but also serves as a testing ground for new ideas and customer solutions. The Noida office is expected to play a pivotal role in advancing Adobe’s engineering capabilities while also enhancing customer experiences. By investing in infrastructure and expanding its workforce, Adobe is signalling confidence in India’s ability to drive global impact.
The expansion also aligns with broader trends in the technology sector, where multinational companies are increasingly recognising India as a strategic base for innovation and growth. With its combination of skilled professionals, thriving digital ecosystem, and rapidly expanding consumer base, India offers unique opportunities for companies like Adobe to scale their operations and deliver transformative solutions.
For Adobe, the Noida office is more than just an addition to its physical footprint; it represents a commitment to deepening its engagement with India’s creative and technological landscape. As the company continues to roll out initiatives that empower students, professionals, and everyday users, the new campus will serve as a cornerstone for its vision of driving inclusive innovation.
In the coming years, Adobe’s India operations are expected to play an even greater role in shaping the company’s global trajectory. With the Noida office now operational, Adobe has reaffirmed its belief in India’s potential to lead the way in creativity, technology, and customer impact.
