Independent culture consultancy REALMS and digital agency SEEN have launched Find:Seek, a new offering designed to help brands understand and respond to changing consumer search behaviour. Combining search intelligence with cultural strategy, the service aims to turn insights from social search into actionable content, channel and creator strategies.
SYDNEY, 2 November 2026: As consumers increasingly turn to social platforms, creators and online communities rather than traditional search engines for information, two Australian agencies have launched a new service designed to help brands adapt to the changing discovery landscape.
Independent culture consultancy REALMS and digital agency SEEN have unveiled Find:Seek, a joint offering that combines search intelligence with cultural strategy to help brands understand not only what people are searching for, but also why they are searching and how businesses can respond effectively.
The launch comes amid a broader shift in consumer behaviour, with audiences seeking recommendations, reviews and answers from social platforms and trusted creators. While many brands can track where they appear online, understanding the motivations behind customer searches and translating those insights into meaningful action remains a growing challenge.
Find:Seek aims to bridge that gap through a structured approach that transforms search data into practical content and channel strategies. The offering is already working with its first brand clients and includes a live dashboard that tracks performance and progress.
The service brings together SEEN’s expertise in data, media and performance marketing with REALMS’ strengths in cultural and creative strategy. Through a four-stage process comprising Diagnose, Define, Plan and Measure, Find:Seek identifies key customer questions, evaluates brand and competitor visibility, and highlights areas where brands have opportunities to build relevance.
Central to the model is what the partners call the “Content Realm”, a strategic framework developed around priority customer questions. The framework is designed to connect search intelligence with a deeper understanding of culture, helping brands determine what content to create, where it should be distributed and which creators or voices they should collaborate with to improve discoverability.
REALMS co-founders Rhian Mason and Elly Brand said the changing nature of search has reinforced the importance of understanding people rather than simply chasing visibility metrics.
“Everything about how people discover brands is changing, but the fundamentals of good marketing haven’t,” they said. “It’s still about understanding people, what they care about, who they trust and what influences their decisions.”
According to the founders, social search provides a valuable lens on culture, revealing insights through the questions people ask, the language they use and the individuals they trust for information.
“We see social search as a window into culture,” they said. “The questions people ask, the language they use and the people they turn to reveal so much more than search intent. They give us clues about what’s happening in people’s lives and what matters to them.”
They added that the partnership brings together two traditionally separate disciplines to create a more actionable approach for brands.
“We’re not just identifying where brands are missing from search; we’re defining where they have a meaningful role to play, what they should create and who they need to connect with to win.”
SEEN founder Lachlan Gill said the rise of social search has fundamentally altered how discoverability works.
“Your customers are already searching for you on social platforms, but we realised most brands just can’t see how they’re showing up,” he said. “The key shift is that discoverability has moved beyond Google and Find:Seek aims to solve that for marketing and creative teams.”
By identifying customer questions, mapping who is answering them across social platforms and translating those insights into measurable strategies, the partners believe Find:Seek can help brands improve visibility and relevance over time in an increasingly fragmented digital landscape.
