FNP Unveils India’s First AI-Generated Rakhi Film, Celebrating Bonds Beyond Borders

FNP (Ferns N Petals), India’s most beloved gifting brand and a pioneer in Rakhi retail, has launched a pathbreaking Rakhi brand film created entirely using artificial intelligence. Staying true to its emotional core — “Door ho ya paas, Rakhi banayein khaas” — the film celebrates sibling love in today’s borderless world, where sisters in Delhi can still send joy to brothers in Dublin.

Conceptualised by creative agency Teen Bandar and brought to life through the soulful voice of Piyush Mishra, the 30-second AI-crafted film captures heartfelt Rakhi moments across continents. From digital artistry to storytelling, every frame is powered by AI — no physical shoot involved — yet the emotions remain powerfully real.

With this unique campaign, FNP once again proves that when it comes to making moments special, innovation and emotion go hand in hand. What sets this campaign apart is its powerful use of personalisation — each version of the film dynamically weaves in the sender’s or sibling’s name into the voiceover, making every viewing feel uniquely intimate, heartfelt, and emotionally resonant.

Avi Kumar, Chief Marketing Officer, FNP, said, “With fiamilies more global than ever, we wanted to show that distance doesnʼt weaken the bond — especially on Rakhi. By using AI, weʼve reimagined how we tell this story while staying rooted in our core promise: delivering not just gifits, but emotions, on time and across the world. Itʼs a firesh fiormat, but the heart remains the same.ˮ

Savio Joseph, Co-founder, Teen Bandar, added, “Partnering with FNP again was a joy. This time, we used AI to reinfiorce their global promise and bring alive a simple insight — that even across borders, a Rakhi can still fieel personal.ˮ

Alongside the campaign, FNP has already unveiled its 2025 Rakhi collection — the most diverse and design-forward range in the country. With thousands of SKUs spanning premium, traditional and personalised offerings, the collection is a tribute to the evolving ways siblings celebrate each other. Highlights include:

  • Designer Collections: From Polki and Pearl finishes to dome-style spiritual rakhis and kidsʼ toy rakhis
  • New-Age Formats: Rakhi-cum-jewellery, magnetic rakhis, and keepsake trinkets
  • Family Combos: Bhaiya-Bhabhi sets, Kids Rakhis, and multi-rakhi family packs
  • Personalised Touches: Name-engraved rakhis, photo gifts, message cards, and custom hampers
  • Gourmet Gifting: Curated hampers featuring artisanal sweets, dry fruits, chocolates, and global flavours
  • Ready-to-Celebrate Gifting: Complete, pre-curated sets with Rakhi, sweets, and messages – perfect for busy consumers

FNP continues to enable siblings around the world to honour their bond, regardless of distance. With delivery services spanning over 100 countries — including the USA, UK, Australia, Canada, and the UAE — along with same-day and 30-minute express options in major Indian cities, FNP ensures your love arrives right on time. Its robust logistics network makes thoughtful, trendy, and personalised gifting more seamless and joyful than ever.
