Goafest 2026 has opened delegate registrations for its 19th edition, offering Early Bird rates until 30 April. Set for 20–22 May at Taj Cidade de Goa Horizon, the festival will convene advertising, media and marketing professionals for insights, collaboration and celebration of creative excellence.

Delegate registrations for Goafest 2026 are now officially open, marking the countdown to one of South Asia’s most anticipated celebrations of creativity and advertising excellence. With Early Bird rates available until 30 April 2026, industry professionals are being urged to secure their participation well ahead of the three-day gathering in May.

Scheduled from 20 to 22 May 2026 at Taj Cidade de Goa Horizon, the 19th edition of the festival is expected to draw a diverse cross-section of leaders and practitioners from advertising, media and marketing. The event has long been regarded as a key platform for industry dialogue, creative exchange and recognition of outstanding work.

Organised jointly by the Advertising Agencies Association of India and The Advertising Club, this year’s Goafest promises a robust programme designed to inspire and inform. Delegates can expect a curated mix of keynote addresses, panel discussions, workshops and networking sessions aimed at fostering collaboration and unlocking new ideas in a rapidly evolving communications landscape.

Srinivasan K. Swamy, President of the AAAI, described Goafest as a defining platform that continues to unite diverse voices across the ecosystem. He emphasised its role in facilitating the exchange of ideas, learning from industry leaders and celebrating work that is shaping the business today, while expressing optimism for another engaging edition that builds on its legacy.

Echoing this sentiment, Mohit Joshi, Co-Chairman of the Goafest 2026 Organising Committee, highlighted the festival’s ability to foster collaboration across agencies, brands and partners. He noted that Goafest consistently creates an environment where perspectives are shared and new possibilities explored, adding that the upcoming edition is set to deliver an enriching and engaging experience for all attendees.

As the industry navigates shifting consumer behaviours, technological disruption and new creative frontiers, Goafest 2026 aims to serve as both a mirror and a catalyst—reflecting current trends while inspiring future innovation. With registrations now live and momentum building, the festival is poised once again to bring the community together in celebration of ideas, talent and progress.
