The Inspire Institute of Sport (IIS)—India’s premier high-performance training centre dedicated to nurturing the country’s next Olympic champions—has announced the launch of its new digital learning platform, ‘IIS Sikhaega’. Designed to make world-class sporting knowledge accessible anytime, anywhere, the programme places expert guidance right at the fingertips of aspiring athletes across India.

Delivered through bite-sized, easy-to-follow videos, the initiative brings together the expertise of IIS’s coaches, trainers, specialists, and young athletes. Covering everything from the fundamentals of fitness to the intricacies of high-performance sport, IIS Sikhaega offers practical, actionable insights to help athletes elevate their game.

To ensure continuous learning, new videos will be released three times a month on the institute’s official Instagram and YouTube channels, giving athletes regular access to professional knowledge and tools for success.

“A part of our mission at Inspire Institute of Sport is to ensure that athletes around the country have the access to our expertise and coaching. Through IIS Sikhaega, we aim to bring our coaches, facilities and technical know-how to the youngsters who aren’t part of our programme, in a bid to expand our reach,” said Manisha Malhotra, President of Inspire Institute of Sport.

Created with a special focus on athletes from Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities, IIS Sikhaega bridges the gap between talent and opportunity. The initiative offers expert-driven content which aims to educate athletes about training, nutrition, strength and conditioning, rehabilitation, and recovery. The initiative ensures young athletes can access knowledge which fuels professional sport through credible content delivered digitally. The platform makes learning engaging and relatable for athletes at all levels by breaking down complex concepts into simple lessons.

With this initiative, IIS strengthens its mission of nurturing the next generation of Indian athletes by combining technology, expertise, and accessibility. More than a digital initiative, IIS Sikhaega is a step towards building a stronger and more informed sporting culture in India.
