London Packaging Week 2026 debuts its most ambitious programme yet, built around Discovery. New features include the Innovation Gallery, Design Hub, Podcast Studio and Trail of Secrets, alongside expanded networking and award showcases. With over 220 exhibitors and 5,700 visitors, the event promises unmatched insight, innovation and industry connections.

London Packaging Week 2026 is unveiling its most ambitious visitor experience yet, promising breakthrough innovations, award-winning design and unrivalled networking opportunities. Reimagined around the theme of Discovery, the event aims to equip packaging professionals with practical solutions to the complex challenges facing modern brands, from regulatory shifts to consumer expectations.

Among the headline features is the new-look Innovation Gallery, a curated showcase of cutting-edge packaging developments, enhanced with twice-daily guided tours to explore the thinking behind tomorrow’s solutions. The Design Hub, powered by Pentawards, offers a dedicated space for brand and design professionals, combining expert talks, curated content and networking opportunities. Pentawards’ exhibition returns in expanded form, presenting 50 award-winning designs alongside an exclusive reception.

The spirit of discovery extends further with experiences designed to take visitors behind the scenes. A documentary trailer premiere at James Cropper, the UK’s last remaining coloured paper mill, reveals the extraordinary craft and processes behind a familiar material. The new Podcast Studio will host candid conversations with industry leaders, while the Start-up Zone and Discovery Theatre provide early access to disruptive technologies and emerging businesses.

New for 2026, the Trail of Secrets invites visitors to uncover innovations across the show floor, rewarding participants with refreshments at The Inner Circle Bar. Dedicated Happy Hours and end-of-day receptions add further opportunities to connect. Networking expands with initiatives such as the Women in Packaging Networking Breakfast & Powerhour, delivered in partnership with Packaging News, creating a forum for senior leaders to inspire future talent.

Josh Brooks, Divisional Director – Packaging at Easyfairs, emphasised the event’s focus on value: “Every new feature we’ve introduced this year has been designed around helping people solve real problems, discover new ideas and make valuable connections that they can take back into their business.”

Complementing these features is the world-class conference programme, alongside returning highlights including the Innovation Awards, VIP Lounge and The Inner Circle Bar. With more than 220 exhibitors and over 5,700 visitors expected, London Packaging Week 2026 at Excel London on 16 & 17 September offers one of the industry’s most valuable opportunities to discover the people, ideas and innovations shaping the future of packaging.
