PARKSIDE@NINA CWB unveils a vibrant summer menu that harmonises land and sea with creative flair. From wagyu‑topped crusts and scallop‑rich risottos to refined vegetarian ravioli, the offerings reflect contemporary dining artistry. Set within striking floral‑inspired interiors, the venue redefines all‑day dining in Causeway Bay with inventive cocktails and curated wines.

PARKSIDE@NINA CWB, one of Hong Kong’s most distinctive lifestyle hotspots, has introduced a refreshed menu that celebrates the spirit of contemporary urban dining. Leading the summer highlights is a luxurious crust priced at HK$198, a shareable creation that layers premium M6 wagyu beef, plump prawns, mushrooms, asparagus and capsicum atop a tomato base, finished with a drizzle of garlic aioli. The dish embodies the restaurant’s philosophy of blending indulgence with conviviality.

The pasta and risotto offerings showcase inventive twists on classic favourites. The Hokkaido Sea Scallop Risotto (HK$205) pairs sweet scallops with semi‑dried tomatoes, baby spinach and crayfish cream, enriched by creamy stracciatella cheese. For vegetarians, the Cep Mushroom Ravioli (HK$178) offers delicate parcels filled with morel mushrooms, complemented by porcini and spinach, again lifted by stracciatella’s richness. Meanwhile, Linguine Carbonara (HK$158) reimagines the Italian staple with bacon, pancetta, mushrooms and parmesan folded into a velvety sauce, balancing comfort with sophistication.

Spanning more than 3,000 square feet and seating over 100 diners, PARKSIDE@NINA CWB is defined by dramatic interiors. Oversized calla‑lily‑inspired lighting installations and a canopy of inverted floral forms create a dreamlike ambience, while distinctive wood fossils add a natural touch. This striking setting frames a menu of Western favourites with creative flair, complemented by inventive cocktails and an extensive wine list.

Located on the first floor of Nina Hotel Causeway Bay at 18 King’s Road, Hong Kong, the venue opens daily from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m., offering an all‑day dining experience that blends artistry, flavour and atmosphere. PARKSIDE@NINA continues to position itself as a destination where contemporary design and culinary innovation meet, inviting guests to savour memorable moments in the heart of Causeway Bay.
