Jaini brings with her a wealth of experience in brand strategy, consumer insights, digital marketing, and creative leadership, having built a career across FMCG, advertising, and consumer sectors. Prior to joining McDonald’s, she served as Global Brand Equity Lead – Personal Care & Global Effectiveness at Godrej Consumer Products Limited, where she was responsible for shaping global brand strategy and effectiveness across multiple markets. Earlier, she held the role of Global Brand Equity Lead – Hair & Air, driving brand equity initiatives and ensuring consistency in consumer engagement worldwide.
Her career trajectory also includes more than 15 years at DDB Mudra Group, where she rose through the ranks to hold several senior leadership positions. These included National Strategy Head at 22feet Tribal Worldwide, Vice President – Strategy, Senior Strategy Director, Director – Account Planning, and Manager – Account Planning. In these roles, she led strategy for iconic brands across FMCG, retail, media, and quick service restaurants, building a reputation for her ability to translate consumer insights into impactful campaigns.
Jaini began her career with L’Oréal as a Management Intern, laying the foundation for her expertise in brand marketing and consumer strategy. Over the years, she has become known for her ability to balance creative storytelling with data-driven insights, ensuring that brands remain relevant while delivering measurable business growth.
