Since joining Emami in 2021 as Head of eCommerce, Jaganathan has played a pivotal role in accelerating the company’s digital commerce agenda. He successfully enhanced Emami’s online market presence and spearheaded omnichannel growth initiatives across key brands, ensuring the company remained competitive in an increasingly digital-first consumer landscape.
