Aabhinna Suresh Khare has officially announced his departure from Bajaj Capital Ltd. and Bajaj Capital Insurance Broking Ltd., concluding a meaningful and impactful journey of over six years. Serving as the Chief Digital & Marketing Officer since February 2019, Khare played a pivotal role in driving digital innovation and brand growth during his tenure.

In a heartfelt note reflecting on his transition, Khare shared that the decision stemmed from a deeply personal moment of clarity. He described a vivid dream from January 2025 in which he stood beneath the mythical Kalpavriksha—surrounded by an abundance of the world’s finest fruits, yet unable to eat due to his own indecision. This symbolic vision, he explained, became a catalyst for change, inspiring him to choose decisively and pursue a new professional chapter with intention and purpose.

“Been almost 5 months of serving notice period, today marks the completion of another chapter of Life. 2301 days. A lifetime in moments,” Khare shared, expressing deep gratitude to Sanjiv Bajaj for his “unwavering vision, his love his passion and everything he taught me and continues to teach me.” He also extended heartfelt thanks to Venkatesh Naidu for being “the compass in the storm,” acknowledging his leadership that provided both direction and depth.

To his team, Khare conveyed a message of profound appreciation: “You didn’t just work with me. You built, you believed, you became.” He emphasized that he came for a career but leaves with “discipline, joys, relationships and hopefully detachment,” having learned how to “serve with soul.”

While Aabhinna Suresh Khare has yet to reveal details about his next professional pursuit, his farewell message exudes optimism and a deep sense of gratitude. “This chapter closes. But the game is infinite,” he wrote. “I walk ahead with only one asset that matters: Gratitude. The rest—roles, resumes, rewards—will come and go. But a grateful heart compounds forever.” He also reassured his former colleagues that their “Big Dreams will always have a forever companion: your biggest cheerleader.”

An alumnus of NIT Raipur and MICA, Khare brought over 18 years of strategic and MarTech leadership to Bajaj Capital. Prior to this role, he held senior positions at organizations such as BookMyForex, ABP News, TravelTriangle.com, and Indiamart Intermesh Limited. His departure not only marks a personal turning point but also signals a new chapter for Bajaj Capital. As he steps into what he calls his “next leap,” Khare carries forward the “echo of your faith”—a tribute to the trust and support he’s received throughout his career.
