L’Oréal has named Aditi Krishnan as India Lead – External Communications, marking a significant addition to its leadership team. Krishnan joins from AB InBev India, where she spent over five years in communications. With prior roles at MSLGROUP India and Fleishman Hillard, she brings deep expertise in corporate communications and public relations.

L’Oréal has announced the appointment of Aditi Krishnan as India Lead – External Communications, strengthening its communications leadership in one of the company’s most dynamic markets. The move underscores the beauty giant’s continued focus on enhancing its corporate reputation and stakeholder engagement in India, a market that has become increasingly central to its global growth strategy.

Krishnan joins L’Oréal after a successful tenure at AB InBev India, where she spent more than five years shaping the company’s communications agenda. Most recently serving as Senior Manager – Communications, she played a pivotal role in driving corporate narratives, managing reputation, and building stakeholder trust for one of the world’s largest brewing companies. Her experience at AB InBev reflects a strong ability to navigate complex communications landscapes, balancing corporate priorities with consumer-facing narratives.

Prior to her time at AB InBev, Krishnan honed her skills at leading communications agencies MSLGROUP India and Fleishman Hillard. These roles provided her with a solid foundation in public relations, strategic communications, and client management across diverse industries. Her agency background, combined with in-house expertise, equips her with a versatile perspective on communications strategy—an asset for L’Oréal as it continues to expand its footprint in India.

In her new role, Krishnan will be responsible for shaping L’Oréal’s external communications strategy in India, overseeing media relations, corporate reputation management, and stakeholder engagement. With India’s beauty and personal care market evolving rapidly, her appointment comes at a crucial time when companies are expected to demonstrate transparency, sustainability, and cultural relevance in their communications.

L’Oréal’s decision to bring Krishnan on board reflects the company’s recognition of the importance of experienced communications leadership in navigating today’s fragmented media environment. As digital platforms redefine consumer engagement and corporate accountability, her expertise in both agency and corporate settings positions her to drive impactful narratives that resonate with diverse audiences.

Her appointment also highlights the growing prominence of communications professionals in shaping business outcomes. By aligning corporate messaging with broader business objectives, Krishnan is expected to play a key role in reinforcing L’Oréal’s reputation as a responsible and innovative leader in the beauty industry.

With her proven track record and deep understanding of communications strategy, Krishnan’s arrival at L’Oréal marks a new chapter in the company’s India journey—one that blends global ambition with local insight to strengthen its voice in the marketplace.
