Leo has announced the appointment of Saurabh Sabikhi as Executive Creative Director. Sabikhi, who previously held the same role at Famous Innovations, brings over a decade of experience across creative strategy, ideation and integrated brand communication, having worked with leading agencies including Media.Monks, Mullen Lintas, Adept Media and Cheil India.

Leo has strengthened its creative leadership with the appointment of Saurabh Sabikhi as Executive Creative Director, marking a significant addition to the agency’s senior team. Sabikhi steps into the role after serving as Executive Creative Director at Famous Innovations since April 2025, where he was instrumental in shaping campaigns that blended craft with cultural resonance. His move signals Leo’s intent to further sharpen its creative edge in a competitive market.

Sabikhi’s career spans more than a decade across some of the industry’s most recognised agencies. Prior to Famous Innovations, he was Creative Director at Media.Monks for close to three years, where he worked on integrated campaigns that pushed the boundaries of digital storytelling. His longest tenure was at Mullen Lintas, where he spent over six years honing his skills in brand building and creative ideation. Earlier in his career, he contributed to Adept Media and Cheil India, gaining exposure to diverse categories and communication styles.

Announcing the update on his LinkedIn profile, Sabikhi reflected on his journey through India’s evolving advertising landscape. His experience across multiple agencies has equipped him with a deep understanding of creative strategy and the ability to deliver integrated brand communication that resonates with audiences. From ideation to execution, his work has consistently demonstrated a balance of innovation and effectiveness, qualities that are increasingly vital in today’s fragmented media environment.

Leo’s decision to bring Sabikhi on board underscores the agency’s focus on strengthening its creative leadership at a time when brands are demanding more holistic, cross-platform storytelling. With his proven track record of delivering campaigns across categories, Sabikhi is expected to play a pivotal role in driving the agency’s creative output and shaping work that connects meaningfully with consumers.

Industry observers note that Sabikhi’s appointment reflects a broader trend of agencies investing in leaders who combine traditional brand-building expertise with digital-first thinking. His career trajectory—from Cheil India’s structured approach to Media.Monks’ global digital culture, and Famous Innovations’ independent creative ethos—illustrates a versatility that positions him well to lead Leo’s next chapter.

As Executive Creative Director, Sabikhi will be tasked with steering the agency’s creative vision, mentoring talent, and ensuring that campaigns deliver both cultural relevance and business impact. His arrival is expected to energise Leo’s creative teams and reinforce its reputation as a hub for bold, integrated ideas.
