Monks Japan has strengthened its creative leadership with the appointment of Yohei Adachi as group creative director. Adachi brings a wealth of experience in crafting culturally resonant campaigns for global brands, and will work alongside managing director Yukiko Ochiai to lead the creative vision for Amazon, one of Monks’ key partners.

At Monks Japan, Adachi will focus on developing integrated campaigns that drive real results for clients. “What interested me about Monks is how they bring together creativity, data, and technology,” he said. “I’m excited to collaborate with the team to create work that truly resonates and drives impact.”

Ochiai welcomed Adachi to the team, praising his ability to bridge traditional and innovative approaches. “He’s someone who understands both craft and culture,” she said. “His vision will be invaluable as we grow our partnership with Amazon and expand our creative capabilities in Japan.”
