Salman Khan Ventures announces ₹10,000 crore integrated township and film studio project in Telangana, blending cinema infrastructure, premium residential spaces, and nature trails. The project boosts Hyderabad’s position as a hub for entertainment, real estate, and economic growth, creating jobs and opportunities.

Hyderabad is cementing its position as one of India’s top investment destinations, and the latest announcement from Bollywood superstar Salman Khan is expected to further boost the city’s growth. Khan’s company, Salman Khan Ventures, has unveiled a ₹10,000 crore integrated township and world-class film studio project in Telangana, showcased at the Telangana Rising Global Summit.

This ambitious project promises to blend cinema infrastructure, premium residential spaces, nature trails, and a championship golf course, transforming Hyderabad into a hub for entertainment, real estate, and economic growth. The township, spread across 500 acres, will feature mixed-use commercial zones, branded residences, upscale hotels, high-street retail, and entertainment areas, making it a self-contained destination for living, working, and leisure.

The film studio complex, designed to support large-format productions, OTT content, post-production facilities, and talent development programs, will establish Hyderabad as a major global production hotspot, attracting investments from Bollywood, Hollywood, and the South Indian film industry. The project is expected to generate thousands of jobs, boost tourism, and contribute to the state’s long-term urban development goals.

Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy welcomed the investment, stating that it will not only create substantial employment opportunities but also cement Telangana’s position as one of India’s most attractive destinations for filmmaking, entertainment, and luxury tourism. The state government has promised full support, including necessary regulatory approvals, land structuring, and infrastructure connectivity.

The announcement comes as Telangana aims to become a $1 trillion economy by 2034 and reach a $3 trillion SGDP by 2047, as outlined in the Telangana Rising 2047 vision. This project is expected to play a significant role in achieving these goals, reinforcing Hyderabad’s position as a future-ready hub for entertainment, real estate, and economic growth.

The Telangana Rising Global Summit has attracted significant investments, with agreements worth ₹2.43 lakh crore signed on the first day, including investments from Reliance Consumer Products Limited, Trump Media and Technology Group, Brookfield-Axis Ventures consortium, and GMR Group.

As Hyderabad continues to emerge as a major investment destination, the city is poised to witness significant growth in the entertainment, real estate, and tourism sectors. With Salman Khan’s project, the city is set to become a hub for creative opportunities, job creation, and long-term urban development.
