Schneider Electric India has elevated Ratnesh Pandey to Vice President, Marketing, effective 1 August 2026. With over 17 years of experience, including 12 within Schneider Electric, Pandey will lead brand strategy, digital engagement and customer experience. His appointment signals a renewed focus on growth, market relevance and brand transformation in India.
Schneider Electric India has announced the elevation of Ratnesh Pandey to Vice President, Marketing, effective 1 August 2026. In his new role, Pandey will lead the company’s marketing function in India, overseeing brand strategy, integrated marketing, digital engagement, customer experience and commercial excellence.
Pandey brings more than 17 years of experience across brand management, digital transformation, strategic marketing and communications, including nearly 12 years within the Schneider Electric ecosystem. Prior to his elevation, he served as Director and Head, Marketing and Communications, Lauritz Knudsen Electrical and Automation, a Schneider Electric group company in India.
At Lauritz Knudsen, Pandey spearheaded the migration and launch of the brand across India, the Middle East and Africa, while also driving consumer engagement initiatives such as the company’s association with Mumbai Indians as Principal Partner. His tenure at Schneider Electric has seen him manage marketing initiatives spanning consumer and retail businesses, sustainability, energy management software, buildings, home automation and strategic growth programmes.
His expertise extends across B2B and B2C marketing, customer and channel engagement, brand transformation and technology-led communication. Before joining Schneider Electric, Pandey held marketing and brand management roles at HCL Infosystems and Digitas India, working across technology, financial services and consumer sectors. He has also completed executive leadership programmes at HEC Paris and INSEAD, further strengthening his leadership credentials.
Commenting on his elevation, Pandey said his focus would be on building deeper customer engagement, stronger market relevance and measurable business outcomes, while driving the next phase of growth for Schneider Electric’s brand and business in India. His appointment underscores Schneider Electric’s commitment to strengthening its leadership bench and accelerating its marketing transformation in a highly competitive market.
