Singapore Airlines has been named the most recommended brand in Singapore in YouGov’s “Most recommended brands 2026” rankings, achieving a positive recommend score of 83.9%. Singtel TV emerged as the fastest climber, while Louis Vuitton, Amazon, Apple and Emirates rounded out the top five.

Singapore Airlines has once again reinforced its reputation as a national icon and global leader in aviation, topping YouGov’s “Most recommended brands 2026” rankings in Singapore. The carrier achieved a positive recommend score of 83.9%, narrowly edging out luxury fashion house Louis Vuitton at 83.8% and global e-commerce giant Amazon at 83.0%. Apple followed closely at 82.3%, while Emirates rounded out the top five with 81.3%.

The rankings, based on customer advocacy and recommendation scores, highlight the brands that Singapore consumers are most likely to endorse to friends and family. For Singapore Airlines, the accolade reflects not only its enduring reputation for service excellence but also its ability to maintain customer trust and loyalty in a highly competitive global market. The airline’s consistent focus on innovation, premium experiences and reliability has ensured its position at the top of the list, reaffirming its status as a brand that Singaporeans take pride in recommending.

While Singapore Airlines claimed the crown, Singtel TV emerged as the fastest climber in the rankings, recording the biggest year-on-year increase in positive recommend scores among current customers. This surge underscores the growing relevance of entertainment and digital services in everyday life, with Singtel TV’s content offerings and customer engagement strategies resonating strongly with audiences. The platform’s ability to adapt to shifting consumer preferences and deliver compelling viewing experiences has clearly paid dividends in terms of advocacy.

The close competition among the top brands also reflects the diversity of consumer priorities in Singapore. Louis Vuitton’s near tie with Singapore Airlines demonstrates the strength of luxury retail in shaping consumer perceptions, while Amazon’s strong showing highlights the continued importance of convenience and global accessibility in e-commerce. Apple’s presence in the top five reinforces the enduring appeal of technology brands that seamlessly integrate into daily life, and Emirates’ inclusion signals the strength of international carriers in delivering premium travel experiences that rival local champions.

The findings suggest that recommendation remains a powerful measure of brand equity, with consumers increasingly valuing trust, quality and innovation. For Singapore Airlines, the recognition is particularly significant as it continues to navigate a dynamic aviation landscape, balancing recovery strategies with long-term growth ambitions. For Singtel TV, the momentum gained through its climb in the rankings may serve as a springboard for further expansion in the digital entertainment space.

Together, these results paint a picture of a marketplace where heritage brands, luxury icons, technology leaders and service innovators compete for consumer advocacy. In topping the list, Singapore Airlines has demonstrated that even in a fragmented and fast-evolving environment, a brand built on trust, excellence and national pride can remain the most recommended name in Singapore.
