Infopark Phase 3 in Kochi will transform Kerala’s IT sector with a pioneering AI-Native City spanning 300+ acres. Developed through land pooling with GCDA, the project emphasizes sustainability—carbon-negative, water-positive, and zero-waste—while offering inclusive, secure, and connected infrastructure, reinforcing Kochi’s vision of intelligent, resilient, and eco-conscious urban growth.

Kochi is poised to take a bold leap into the future with the announcement of Infopark Phase 3, a landmark development that promises to redefine the city’s IT landscape. Envisioned as India’s first AI-Native City, the project will seamlessly integrate cutting-edge technology with sustainability, setting new benchmarks for eco-conscious urban growth.

Spread across more than 300 acres in Ernakulam district, Infopark Phase 3 is being developed through a land pooling method in collaboration with the Greater Cochin Development Authority (GCDA). This innovative approach not only ensures efficient land use but also reflects the region’s commitment to inclusive and participatory development.

The upcoming phase will be designed as a next-generation technology hub, offering an environment that is accessible, inclusive, secure, and highly connected. With advanced technologies deeply woven into its infrastructure, the AI-Native City aims to create a space that is not just functional but also intelligent and resilient.

Sustainability lies at the heart of the project. Infopark Phase 3 is envisioned to be carbon-negative, water-positive, and zero-waste, making it a model for eco-conscious growth. By embedding these principles into its design and operations, the development seeks to balance innovation with responsibility, ensuring that progress does not come at the cost of the environment.

For Kochi and Kerala, this initiative marks a new chapter in the IT sector, reinforcing the state’s position as a forward-looking hub for technology and sustainable urban planning. Infopark Phase 3 is more than just an expansion—it is a vision of the future, where innovation and sustainability coexist to create a city that is truly ahead of its time.
