He has held senior leadership roles at top-tier firms including Wipro, Numeric, Randstad, TranSearch, and Executive Access, consistently driving growth, operational efficiency, and client success.

An alumnus of INSEAD, Mohan is also a certified Executive Coach, having mentored senior leaders, CXOs, and business owners across diverse sectors. His leadership approach blends strategic foresight with hands-on execution, making him a powerful catalyst for innovation and value creation within Peoplefy’s expanding portfolio.
