Havas India has unveiled Shortcut Shobiz India, a luxury experiential agency created with Paris-based Shortcut and Shobiz. Led by Farah Lauren Khan in Mumbai, the venture blends French artistry with Indian production expertise to craft immersive experiences for premium brands, reflecting India’s rapidly expanding luxury and lifestyle market.
In a move that underscores the growing appetite for luxury experiences in India, Havas India has partnered with Paris-based Shortcut and its own experiential arm Shobiz to launch Shortcut Shobiz India. The new agency is positioned to serve the country’s burgeoning premium and lifestyle sector, which is valued at over $10 billion and continues to expand as affluence rises and consumer tastes evolve.
Shortcut Shobiz India will be helmed by Farah Lauren Khan, appointed Vice President, who brings more than 15 years of experience working with some of the world’s most prestigious names including Apple, Bvlgari, Cartier, Dior, Gucci, Hermès, Rolls-Royce, Rolex and St. Regis Hotels. Based in Mumbai, Khan is expected to steer the agency’s creative and strategic direction, ensuring that global luxury standards are seamlessly adapted to the Indian context.
The agency’s philosophy, “Experiences Designed with Artistic Intelligence,” reflects its ambition to merge French savoir-faire with Indian craftsmanship. This approach aims to deliver immersive, high-impact experiences that resonate with discerning audiences and elevate brand storytelling. From exclusive events to bespoke activations, Shortcut Shobiz India intends to redefine how luxury brands engage with their clientele in one of the fastest-growing markets in the world.
For Shortcut, the Parisian experiential agency, this marks its entry into India following recent expansion into Milan. The collaboration with Havas India and Shobiz signals a strategic international chapter, positioning the brand to tap into India’s dynamic luxury landscape. For Havas, it strengthens its integrated offering, adding a specialised luxury arm to its portfolio and reinforcing its commitment to innovation in experiential marketing.
As India’s luxury market matures, Shortcut Shobiz India arrives at a pivotal moment, promising to set new benchmarks in creativity, craftsmanship and cultural resonance
