This summer, Coca-Cola is set to launch an exciting new global campaign—“Coca-Cola x Star Wars: Refresh Your Galaxy”—celebrating the magic of shared passions through a galaxy-spanning collaboration. The campaign will spotlight limited-edition collectible cans and bottles of Coca-Cola and Coca-Cola Zero Sugar, each featuring beloved characters from the iconic Star Wars universe.

Building on Coca-Cola’s 70-year partnership with Disney, the campaign brings together generations of fans with 30 unique collectible package designs, showcasing legendary characters and unforgettable scenes. Coca-Cola Original Taste cans will feature characters like Lando Calrissian, Obi-Wan Kenobi, and Darth Maul, while Coca-Cola Zero Sugar will spotlight Darth Vader, Princess Leia, Yoda, and Grogu.

Adding to the excitement, a set of exclusive designs—featuring The Mandalorian & Grogu, Chewbacca, and a First Order Stormtrooper—will be available only at Walt Disney World Resort and Disneyland Resort, creating a must-have experience for devoted fans and collectors alike.

Rolling out in July, the collectible cans and bottles will be available in select markets across North America, Latin America, Europe, Japan, and the Asia South Pacific region—inviting fans around the world to refresh their summer with a taste of the Force.

Beyond the collectible packaging, the campaign invites fans into an immersive Augmented Reality (AR) experience. By scanning QR codes found on the limited-edition cans and out-of-home creatives, fans can unlock a unique feature that lets them record and share messages as if they were part of a Star Wars hologram transmission. This interactive element adds a futuristic twist to fan engagement, encouraging users to send uplifting messages and foster a shared sense of connection, community, and galactic fun—no matter where they are in the galaxy.

Islam ElDessouky, Global Vice President, Creative Strategy & Content, The Coca-Cola Company, emphasized the collaboration’s deeper meaning: “This collaboration is about more than just bringing together two iconic brands — it’s about celebrating the power of Star Wars fandom, shared passions and the strength of community when we lift each other up”.

Coca-Cola and Disney’s iconic partnership dates back 70 years, beginning with the grand opening of Disneyland Resort in the United States. Since then, the collaboration has grown across the globe, extending to Walt Disney World Resort, Disneyland Paris, and Hong Kong Disneyland Resort, becoming a cornerstone of shared storytelling and magical experiences worldwide.
