Netflix has appointed Rebecca Nadilo as its new Director of Marketing Partnerships Creative for the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region. She shared the news of her appointment on LinkedIn, marking a significant career move into the streaming giant’s marketing leadership team.

A highly accomplished marketing strategist with over 17 years of industry experience, Nadilo brings a wealth of expertise in brand strategy, data-driven insights, and business growth. Before joining Netflix, she served as the Managing Director at Iris Singapore, where she played a pivotal role in business transformation and creative innovation.

Her career trajectory includes leadership roles at Meta, where she was the APAC Strategy Lead, Chief Strategy Officer at Wunderman Thompson, and Head of Strategy at BBDO Singapore. Throughout her career, she has been recognized for her ability to translate complex data into actionable marketing strategies, nurture high-performing teams, and drive business impact through innovative brand storytelling.

At Netflix, Nadilo will lead marketing partnership strategies across the APAC region, collaborating with key stakeholders to enhance brand engagement and consumer experiences. Her appointment aligns with Netflix’s commitment to strengthening its creative marketing initiatives in the dynamic and competitive APAC market.
