Ravi Agrawal has joined Force Motors as Head of Marketing, based in Pune. His new role, reflected on LinkedIn, spans brand management, corporate branding, international marketing, growth, lead generation and digital. Agrawal moves from Mahindra & Mahindra, where he spent over nine years, with prior stints at Piaggio and Mahindra Navistar.

Force Motors has appointed Ravi Agrawal as its new Head of Marketing, marking a significant addition to the company’s leadership team. Agrawal’s updated LinkedIn profile confirms the move, with his designation reflecting responsibilities across brand management, corporate branding, international business marketing, growth management, lead generation and digital marketing. He joined the Pune-headquartered automotive manufacturer in May, signalling a fresh chapter in his career and a strategic strengthening of Force Motors’ marketing function.

Agrawal arrives at Force Motors after a long and impactful tenure at Mahindra & Mahindra, where he served as Head of Marketing and Digitization for the MTBD and CE Division. His association with Mahindra began in August 2016, and over more than nine years he played a pivotal role in shaping marketing strategies, digitisation initiatives and brand positioning across multiple verticals. His experience at Mahindra underscores his ability to navigate complex market environments and drive transformation in both traditional and digital spheres.

Prior to his leadership role at Mahindra & Mahindra, Agrawal was associated with Mahindra Navistar Automotives and Piaggio Vehicles, gaining valuable exposure to diverse segments of the automotive industry. These roles helped him build expertise in marketing management, corporate communication and brand development, equipping him with a broad perspective on both domestic and international markets.

At Force Motors, Agrawal’s mandate is expected to encompass not only strengthening the company’s brand presence but also expanding its international marketing footprint. His focus on growth management and lead generation aligns with the company’s ambitions to consolidate its position in the competitive automotive landscape. With digital marketing now central to brand engagement, Agrawal’s experience in digitisation and corporate branding will be critical in driving Force Motors’ outreach strategies.

The appointment comes at a time when automotive companies are increasingly investing in integrated marketing approaches to balance traditional brand-building with digital-first consumer engagement. Agrawal’s track record of leading marketing transformation initiatives positions him well to steer Force Motors through this evolving landscape. His blend of experience across established Indian manufacturers and global players like Piaggio adds depth to his new role, offering Force Motors a leader capable of bridging legacy strengths with modern marketing imperatives.

Agrawal’s move underscores the growing importance of seasoned marketing leadership in the automotive sector, where brand differentiation, international expansion and digital transformation are key drivers of growth. For Force Motors, his appointment signals a renewed emphasis on strategic marketing as the company looks to strengthen its competitive edge in both domestic and global markets.
